Customer Support Executive – Part-time Positions

Working Hours
- Shift work required
- Weekday evenings from 1800 to 2200hr
- Full shift on Fri, Sat or Sun
- Hourly rated

Applicant must be able to commit a min of 2 week-night and 2 full-shift per week.

Centre Operating Hours:
Mon – Fri // 1100hr to 2200hr
Sat // 0900hr to 2000hr
Sun // 1100hr to 2000hr
 
Job Description

Key Role: To provide the highest quality of customer service, providing prompt and accurate information in assisting all members and prospective members.
 

 
Official Duties
Primary duties
Front Desk Duties
Operations - Opening and Closing of training centre
Customer Service – handle all enquiries via phone, email and walk-ins
Retail Sales – handle sales of musical instruments
 
Requirements
Christian female < 28 Years old
Energetic
Organized
First-class spoken English and Mandarin
  Seeks long-term career prospect

Call centre/front-desk experience a strong advantage
