• Follow BMI's guidelines for coaching instruction in imparting worship keyboard knowledge
• Achieve 1 out of 1 student ability to worship on the keyboard

• Accountability: Feedback & Submission of Student Progress Reports; Meetings with Head Coach, Keyboard Program
• Coaching Excellence: Ensure >90% pass rate
• Attend all Believer Music Corporate Meetings

• >7 years experience on instrument
• Skilled in contemporary styles of keyboard playing
• Actively involved in church and cell worship
• Able to lead worship on the keyboard
• Possess a good singing voice
• Teaching and coaching experience is a plus
