• Follow BMI's guidelines for coaching instruction in imparting worship and vocal knowledge
• Achieve 1 out of 1 student ability to progressively improve their singing

• Accountability: Coach Feedback & Submission of Student Progress Reports
• Coaching Excellence: Ensure >90% pass rate

• Thoroughly familiar with fundamentals of vocal production
• Experienced in contemporary singing
• Able to sing and play an instrument simultaneously, with ease
• >5 years experience in choral or worship ministry
• Actively involved in church and cell worship
