How To Apply For This FSS

Be An Active NTUC Member
To qualify, you must have an active NTUC membership prior to the term commencement date and maintain it throughout the course duration. Membership is available to ALL individuals aged 16 and above. Foreigners must have a valid FIN; domestic workers are not eligible. Membership fees are currently S$9 per month from January to November and S$18 in December every year.

Submit Claim Upon Course Completion
Keep these 2 documents:- Proof of payment – payment receipt
- Proof of completion – course certificate issued by Believer Music
