What is BMTC Grade 2?
Believer Music Theory Clinic (BMTC) Grade 2 is the second graded level in our series of music theory modules. It builds upon foundational knowledge taught in BMTC Primer and Grade 1, and levels you up for an optional Trinity Grade 2 certification.
Who is BMTC for Grade 2?
Participants must successfully complete BMTC Grade 1 or have an equivalent qualification to join this module.
I have no music theory background. Can I still attend?
We recommend that you start with
BMTC Primer first to attain the foundational knowledge essential for the higher grades.
I’m a slow learner, can I still join?
Yes, you can. BMTC’s learning material are like building blocks - you will learn concepts one at a time, with new concepts built on the previous ones. In addition, BMTC coaches will always be ready to guide you, whenever you require help.
I have some knowledge of music theory. How will I benefit?
Please contact us directly at
Team@BelieverMusic.com and we will assist you to find a suitable course.
Do I need an instrument to attend BMTC?
No, an instrument is not needed to attend BMTC. As a theory course, the concepts taught are academic in nature and thus do not require the use of an instrument. Instead, you will be guided to use a piano app on your mobile phone / tablet for an optimal learning environment in class.
