How To Use UTAP Support

Become an NTUC Member
NTUC Membership is available to individuals aged 16 and above. Membership fees are currently S$9 per month from January to November and S$18 per month in December.
Join NTUC Membership -
Register and Complete Your Course
Choose from any of the modules listed below this page, complete your registration and attend at least 75% of the lessons.

Submit Claim Upon Course Completion
Keep your NTUC membership active throughout the course period. Complete the course before submitting your UTAP claim.
Keep these 2 documents:- 1) Proof of payment - Payment receipt
- 2) Proof of completion - Course certificate issued by Believer Music
Both documents are required for your UTAP claim submission.
