UTAP-Supported Music Courses

Build Meaningful Music Skills with UTAP Support

Believer Music offers approved courses that help adult learners develop practical music knowledge, greater confidence and skills that can be applied in community and professional settings.

Eligible NTUC members may claim UTAP support after completing an approved course, subject to prevailing terms and claim approval. UTAP currently supports 50% of the unfunded course fee, subject to an annual cap of S$250 for members below 40 and S$500 for members aged 40 and above. Eligibility, available balance and reimbursement remain subject to NTUC's prevailing terms and approval.

How to Use UTAP Support

  1. Become an NTUC Member

    NTUC Union Membership is available to individuals aged 16 and above.

    Membership fees are currently S$117 per year: S$9 per month from January to November and S$18 in December.

  2. Complete the Eligibility Requirements

    Keep your NTUC membership active throughout the course period.

    Attend at least 75% of the course. Complete the course before submitting your UTAP claim.

    Keep these two documents:
    • Proof of payment, receipt upon payment completion
    • Proof of completion, course certificate issued by Believer Music

    Both documents are required for your UTAP claim submission.

  3. Register and Complete Your Course

    Choose an approved Believer Music course, complete your registration and attend the required lessons.
